As a Fleet Service Agent at SIXT you will usually be the last point of contact before a customer takes their car and their first point of contact on returning it. This means you need to represent SIXT brilliantly each day. The role of the Fleet Service Agent is one of the most varied we have at SIXT and no 2 days will ever be the same. You will need to be a flexible and jump between duties all the time, whether you are cleaning a recently returned vehicle, driving our premium cars to clients, checking for damage or completing safety checks. In some locations this role may also include driving our minibuses to collect customers from airport terminals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for preparing, valeting and ensuring our vehicles are to a high standard.
  • Ensuring vehicles are delivered & collected from our customers in a timely manner.
  • Providing a high level of customer service, when dealing with our many clients and suppliers.
  • Ensuring that any vehicle damages are reported using the appropriate tools and process provided and the Branch Manager is notified.
  • Re-fuelling of vehicles when required.
  • Checking in & checking out vehicles in branch and on delivery and collections, including checking for damages and explaining this to our customers.
  • Conduct safety checks of our vehicles to ensure they are in safe, working order for our customers.
  • Movement of vehicles when required to other locations.
  • In some locations, driving SIXT minibuses to airport terminals, collecting passengers and assisting with their luggage, whilst providing an excellent customer experience.
  • Dealing with customer queries regarding the vehicles ensuring the SIXT brand is represented brilliantly.
  • Working in other nearby locations, where reasonable, to support the wider business.

Salary: £21,777.60 per year

  • Driver: 2 years (preferred)
  • Valeter: 2 years (preferred)
  • customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
