About The Role
The Fleet department is responsible for the purchasing, servicing, valeting and maintenance of the entire Foxtons fleet. Dealing with a wide range of cars, from our renowned branded Minis through to high performance sports cars means that no two days are ever the same. Foxtons has an impressive fleet of 900 vehicles including our distinctively branded Mini’s, Mini Cooper’s, BMW’s and a variety of other high performance cars. You will be responsible for helping with the smooth running of vehicles across our offices in London.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Collect vehicles from Foxtons employees for: Service, MOT, Accident Damage
  • Deliver employees cars back to their offices once the relevant work needed has been carried out
  • Ensure cars are roadworthy prior to being returned back to employees
  • Maintain the car park – keep it clear for ease of access and ensure cars are correctly parked
  • Assist Fleet Co-Ordinators with car checks for when cars are being returned to leasing company
  • Assist the Fleet Dept. with car Fleet inductions
