Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Fleet and Compliance Coordinator to join our team based at Worksop.. The successful candidate will be supporting operations to ensure the organisation complies with both industry regulations and government legislation. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance of the companies’ car and van fleet and supporting relevant drivers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the company car order to delivery process across the whole plant and transport business unit
  • Manage the hire car process across the business ensuring supply and demand are satisfied inline with budgetary requirements
  • Administrate Driving Licence Checks for all drivers required to drive on behalf of the company
  • Carry out accident reporting/investigations and liaison with company insurance provider
  • Manage off-hires ensuring vehicles are clean, defect free to either return to supplier or onto another employee
  • Process fines/PCNs were applicable
  • Process annual checks for car allowances including
    • Check correct Insurance (Business Use)
    • All Vehicle meets the requirements laid out in the policy
    • Their vehicle is serviced and fully maintained
  • Cover for Quality Assurance Co-ordinator as required
  • Assist the QAM with ad-hoc projects.
  • Liaise with plant/transport team and assist with disposals / tax / insurance of road going plant equipment
  • Fuel administration and monitoring (FORS fuel Champion)

Qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Experience

Strong fleet compliance/maintenance background with excellent understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.
