Location: Newbury/ Birmingham, Glasgow, Manchester Birmingham (Blended, Home working)

Permanent: 37.5 hours per week - Mon to Fri

Role purpose

A new opportunity has arisen for a Fixed Networks Specialist to ensure capacity on the UK Fixed Voice platforms is optimally sized and configured to support business demand forecasts. The role requires engagement in capacity analysis and lead of activities that drive optimal performance of the UK Fixed network.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and cost analysis of network capacity.
  • Identify and implement changes to the voice network that ensure optimal performance.
  • Produce plans for changes, enhancements and expansions to the voice network.
  • Generation of voice capacity reports.
  • Capacity input to network transformation activities.
Who are we looking for?
  • Good analytical skills & experience.
  • Experience working in a voice capacity related function.
  • Structured and methodical approach to work with attention to detail.
  • Commercial and financial awareness & understanding of UK Voice interconnection.
  • Good communication skills.
