Position: Warehouse First Line Manager
Salary: £28,000
Shift Pattern/Start Time: Rotating 0600-1400 and 1400-2200. Working any 5 days from 7
Location/Customer: Runcorn/Amazon
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

What does this job involve?

  • To supervise the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve Operational Standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area / shift approach
  • Managing a team of 12-20 Warehouse Colleagues
  • Acting as senior staff member on site regularly

We are looking for people who:

  • Management experience from a Warehouse background
  • Excellent interpersonal and face to face communication skills are essential
  • Health and safety focused
