software company based in Stoke on Trent working as a Support Technician within the Fire and

Security division.

The Fire and Security Support Technician is a vital role providing excellent service, support and

assistance to our customers and internal teams.

Job Description: -

• Support the Fire and Security Support Analyst in dealing with technical queries related
• to Fire & Intruder Alarms, CCTV and other associated areas.
• 1st Line Support (Fire & Security).
• Ensuring complete and accurate logging of all calls and incidents received.
• Technically troubleshoot and monitor Alarm / CCTV Systems via remote access.
• Using proactive technical support to remotely resolve incidents and service requests.
• Identifying the need to escalate incidents where appropriate according to SLA.

Person Specification: -

• Confident communicator with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Produce high quality, accurate work which is recorded efficiently.
• Effective organisation to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
• Be comfortable with multiple forms of technology and IT including remote access

methods

Experience supporting Fire / Intruder Alarms & CCTV would be a distinct advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
