Full Time: 40 Hours per week (Monday - Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm)
21 Holidays + Bank Holidays
Salary: £23-24k DOE

Job Role:

  • Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
  • Booking hotels, flights, trains, and other transport as requested by contracts managers.
  • Organising and issuing company workwear to subcontractors as required.
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and equipment.
  • Managing site inductions and booking deliveries where required.
  • Organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events.
  • Managing health and safety documents and policies.
  • Manage all flows of documents either in electronic form or on paper support.
  • Managing client portals and completing pre-qualifying questionnaires (PQQ).
  • Manging and updating accreditation portals.
  • General document control activities such as photocopying, scanning, analysis of suppliers’ documents, compliance with project standards regarding numbering and all others aspect related to document quality.
  • Ensuring the use of standardised forms and templates.
  • Managing server folders to ensure files remain organised.
  • Answering inbound calls and directing accordingly.
  • Other administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Supporting estimating when required.
  • Placing purchase orders.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Teamwork and relationships.
  • Organised.
  • Computer literate.
  • GCSE level A-C.
