Due to significant growth, my client is recruiting for a Financial Software Support and Training Specialists to join their Professional Services Team.

The Financial Software Support & Training Specialist is a pivotal role within the Professional Services department, providing training on all of the product ranges to new and existing clients, along with supporting the clients with any issues or queries they may have.

You will help to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual turnover through the delivery of effective support and training, and helps to maintain a quality brand through the exceptional service you will deliver.

You will be customer facing and as such, will need to consistently demonstrate the Values of being an Expert on the products, being passionate about the services & products they offer and being supportive of the customer needs.

Ensuring throughout that excellent levels of customer service and customer rapport are maintained, to contribute towards the customer retention targets. This helps to ensure that the client is at the forefront of its market in being able to best serve their existing clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the software product

Provide help and assistance to customers on the telephone in a prompt and courteous manner

To promote a helpful and professional image to the customer giving full co-operation to any customer requiring attention

To attend to customer queries and enquiries in a caring and helpful manner and with a commitment to dealing with the issue in a positive way

To anticipate customer needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service offered by the Company and to ensure customer loyalty is maintained

Provide telephone and onsite training of the product.

Support with the migration process when new customers are onboarding, as required.

To comply with all statutory legislation, and identify and report all and any hazards

To carry out any other reasonable task as deemed necessary by Management
