FP&A – South Oxfordshire - £40000 + benefits

About the company:

Our client a global organisation within the healthcare sector based, operates in well over 100 countries and has seen huge growth during the pandemic. A forward thinking organisation, a hybrid model will exist post-restrictions, but when in you will be based in state of the art offices in South Oxfordshire.

The finance team operate as a collaborative partner to all the businesses, bringing commercial acumen, financial expertise and insights to aid in decision making.

The Role:

Your primary role will be to analyse financial data for strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Duties Include:

· Sales reporting

· Producing forecasts

· Profit and loss

· Financial modelling

· Variance analysis

· Business partnering

· Driving company performance through producing insightful reporting

· Assessment of strategic sales and marketing pricing

· Creating insightful reports, dashboards etc. for both use by both FP&A and wider commercial teams

· Support special business projects and initiatives

The Successful Candidate:

You will have a minimum of two years experience working in a financial or analytical role and have a blend of commercial accounting and analytical skills:

· Minimum of 2 years of related experience

· Ideally degree educated

· Studying / completed an accountancy qualification

· Experience of working with complex data to produce meaningful insight

· Experience of Tableau or another equivalent tool

· Computer science skills
