Accounts Payable Supervisor, Camberley, Surrey

30,000 – 35,000 – Hybrid Working

The company

An impressive organisation with a stable team and plans for growth and strategic growth in the future are seeking to appoint an Accounts Payable / Purchase ledger Supervisor on a permanent basis. A hybrid model of working in place already with 2 days working from home and 3 in the office in the near future.

The role

This is a hands on Accounts Payable/ Purchase Ledger Supervisor role in which you will lead, mentor and manage a team of 4.

Managing and approving high volume, high value Subcontractor payments for operating sectors

Building strong relationships

Preparing CIS submissions

Reconciliation

Dealing with internal and external queries

What you will need to be successful

You will need to have worked and supervised a small team in accounts payable before.

Experience of SAP would be very beneficial.

Previous experience of working in a company and steering your team through change would be an added advantage.

This is a high volume business so multi-tasking, prioritising, bringing together a cohesive team, attention to detail are all skills and aptitude’s that will be required.

Attention to details

Able to work to deadlines

Knowledge of CIS Scheme, VAT, DRC and IR35 would be an advantage.
