As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, there has been a substantial increase in the number of organisations requesting our expertise. To meet rising volumes, we are seeking to recruit a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join our team.

The role of the FP&A Analyst is to support all FP&A activity; giving visibility on financial information (Actual and Budget/Forecast) to the leadership team and to operational departments through the P&L / Balance Sheet, ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and action plans. Assisting other departments in compiling and reporting KPIs and achieving their targets. A business partner to the other departments – participating in cross-functional projects as a financial representative.
  • Support management of the planning process including budgeting, forecasting reporting and analysis.
  • Model budget/forecasting and investment appraisal outputs.
  • Business partner with other departments to assist in ad-hoc financial analysis.
  • Provide trend analysis and insights into business performance to inform business decisions.
  • Delivery of final month end reporting including provision of insightful commentary & financial analysis of financial metrics.
  • Identify and drive process’ improvements as well as cost savings’ projects.
  • Actively participate in identifying risks & opportunities vs objective.
  • Financial/management analysis experience
  • Ideally a Part-qualified / qualified CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
  • Prior experience of FP&A in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is advantageous
  • Advanced Excel skills and modelling experience
  • Commercial & inquisitive mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues.
  • Self-starter with an ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
