IN2 Consult - Management & Financial Accountant - Didcot, Oxford - £38,000 to £45,000 salary - Full-time, Permanent - Hybrid working (3 days a week office based) - Producing management accounts & preparing/ processing payroll for the business.

IN2 Consult are currently supporting a Global Networking consultancy based in the Didcot with the recruitment of a permanent Financial/ Management Accountant to join their finance function. This role will report into the Management & Financial Accounting Lead and will be responsible for the accrurate and timely production of monrthly management accounts, processing the payroll for the businesses’s employees and assisting with finance transfomation/ process automation projects.

Key responsibilities for this Financial & Management Accountant role include:

Month-end management accounts

Preparing & processing journals

Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

Preparing the monthly payroll

Preparing VAT returns

Providing cover for absence across the finance function

Assisting in the identification and implementation of improvements to financial controls and processes

Key experience required for this Financial & Management Accountant vacancy includes:

Part-qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) or qualifed by experience

Experience producing month end accounts

Experience managing a small team HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Background working within a fast-paced finance department

Strong communication skills
