This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a luxury interior design firm in the heart of Richmond. You will play a key role in this expanding studio, working with the director and other interior designers on the financial side of the studio’s design projects.

You will also prepare client sales orders and invoices, and pay suppliers. You will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, preparing quarterly VAT returns and day-to-day bookeeping and payments processing.

The role is initially 2 days per week and based in the studio at 15 Richmond Hill.

Responsibilities

  • Track expenses, budget, cash flow, receipts and other financial dealings of the Company
  • Prepare quarterly VAT return
  • Provide regular financial reports
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare client invoices and sales orders
  • Manage the showroom stock quantities

Skills Required

  • excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • adept use of Quickbooks Online
  • excellent organisation and time management
  • three to four years’ industry experience
  • keen attention to detail
