CMA Recruitment Group are supporting an international technology manufacturing business in their search for a Financial Controller. After completing a recent acquisition, the business has grown and have exciting projects in the pipeline as they continue their journey. This business works closely with some of the largest and well-respected companies globally.We are looking for someone who has experience working at manager/controller level, ideally from the manufacturing or engineering space.This person will manage P&L, balance sheet, provide short and long term forecasting, whilst managing and developing a growing team.Reporting into the CFO, who you will partner and provide relevant information to help understand the businesses position and aid with decision making. This role will be suited to someone who is looking to develop into a number one in the future.What will the Financial Controller role involve?
  • Internal and External Reporting and Compliance;
  • Internal Control;
  • Financial Operations.
Suitable Candidate For The Financial Controller Vacancy
  • Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant required;
  • Significant, hands on experience as a controller or similar type position in an engineering and manufacturing project based environment;
  • Direct experience building accounting and operational finance processes, systems and teams;
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all members and levels of management;
  • Strong advanced Microsoft Office and analytical skills, including financial modeling and analysis (e.g., Excel based workbooks, pivot tables, vlookups).
