With 30% year on year growth, our client is a rapidly expanding business which currently has an opportunity for a Financial Controller to lead their growing finance department in Poole, Dorset.What will the role involve?
  • Managing a small team to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of management accounts and reporting to support key business decision making;
  • Annual budgeting, cash flow forecasting and strategic planning;
  • Treasury management including foreign exchange;
  • Continual review of processes and procedures in order to identify and make recommendations for improvements;
  • Statutory reporting, payroll and pension management.
Suitable Candidate
  • CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified;
  • Good systems and Excel skills;
  • A working knowledge of a retail, stock or warehouse environment would be ideal.
