Financial Accountant | North Leicestershire | Hybrid Working

Brilliant opportunity for a first-time mover from practice or those will a strong financial accounting background in industry.

Due to a sustained period of growth, the business are looking to expand their finance function with four brand-new roles (this role being one of those). You will get plenty of variety in this role and there are lots of opportunities for long-term progression, therefore suited to those who are ambitious.

The business have an amazing culture and office environment, so it’s important that you want to be part of that. They are therefore doing a hybrid working model and are asking employees to go into the office 2 or 3 days per week.

Role Overview
  • Review of the monthly management accounts packs – highlighting any opportunities or risks
  • Preparation of consolidated accounts for submission to Group
  • Financial accounting (financial statements, balance reconciliations, intercompany accounting)
  • Management of year-end process; working closely with external auditors
About You
  • Able to commute to North Leicester 2 or 3 days per week
  • Either making first move out of audit or strong financial accounting experience in industry
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
