We are delighted to be working closely with a rapidly growing global PE backed software (SaaS) business with huge growth potential! The business is experiencing both acquisitive and organic growth with over 50% growth in the last year. As a result, they’re planning to expand their business model nationally and internationally and are building up their finance function with high potential individuals.

With them experiencing a solid year-on-year growth they are looking to set up an amazing finance team which supports the business to support financial expertise and precision as the business plans for extraordinary growth and we’re looking to help them secure an ambitious qualified accountant that will join the team as an Financial Accountant and help the business with their growth plans.

This is a really amazing opportunity for someone who loves monthly reporting and consolidation. You’ll have a brilliant opportunity to work closely with an industry leading Finance Director and other high calibre senior members from the finance team. This role can become a solid base for you to advance into a Group Finance Manager position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing and maintaining the monthly management accounts for group of entities
  • Assessing and consolidating monthly reports
  • Managing the acquisitions and getting involved in acquisition accounting
  • Managing inter-company transactions
  • Creating and maintaining a detailed group reporting pack
  • Reviewing the balance sheets and assesing any risks
  • Ad hoc duties

  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
