What does the role involve?

If you’re looking for an opportunity that will help you prepare for a career as a Financial Controller, this could be a great next step for you. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll be ensuring our accounting operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll have responsibility for financial governance, monthly management accounts, cost centre reporting, and project accounting.

Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include
  • Management of operational accounting processes, record-keeping, and reporting
  • Ensuring information and reports are accurate and available as required for group statutory reporting and tax purposes
  • Ensuring compliance with J-SOX and internal audit requirements within the finance team
  • Working collaboratively with Group Treasury to review funding requirements and cash position
What are we looking for?

You’ve got great technical knowledge about financial control and management accounting. You’re keen to develop your people management skills and relish the idea of a role where you can make improvements to get processes and controls working more efficiently.

Also, We’re Looking For The Following
  • Qualified accountant – ACCA/CIMA/ACA
  • Excellent knowledge of financial control, management accounting, and statutory reporting
  • Knowledge of financial controls such as SOX or J-SOX
  • IT literate, with good knowledge of Excel and experience of working with enterprise finance systems
