Arcadis is looking to hire a Finance & Procurement CI tech lead to support the global Business Applications team based in one of our Global offices.

As a F&P CI tech lead you will work directly with the Arcadis Way CI Director / Product Owner F&P, global- and regional Finance business process owners, your peers within the Technology team on optimizing the global Finance application landscape, harmonization of applications and automation of business processes. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the delivery of continuous improvement process from a tech perspective.

Who you are:

You possess excellent business & application knowledge in the Finance & Procurement domain, preferably in Oracle Cloud F&P modules (e.g., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Procurement, General Ledger,etc.).

You have proven experience in the continuous improvement lifecycle.

What You’ll Own:
  • Collaborating with external partners & vendors as well as managing their solutions & services
  • Management of the technical delivery of CI within the F&P domain
  • Working directly with F&P CI BPM to plan & prioritize backlog
  • Identifying improvements areas in the monthly sprints
  • Management reporting on CI
  • Ensuring efficiency in daily standups/refinements/retrospectives
  • Act as Arcadis counterpart to global CI implementation partner

The ideal candidate should:
  • Experience with Azure Dev/Ops.
  • Experience with Oracle enterprise structures, Allocations, Chart of Accounts, VAT, SLA, Cross validation rules, Reporting, Functional Setup Manager
  • SME in the financial & procurement domain
  • Ability to work on Continuous Improvement & business projects when needed
  • Ability to review & challenge proposed solution designs
  • Scrum master experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment & be a self-starter
  • Knowledge of Oracle integration Cloud / SQL / OTBI / BI Publisher advantageous

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience & practical knowledge
  • 3+ years of proven experience as an Oracle Finance & Procurement functional/technical SME
  • Agile/ CI Frameworks

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on software configuration/development (Oracle related)
  • Experience in agile delivery frameworks/methodologies
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • Any Oracle Cloud Certification across Finance & procurement
