About the role

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to play an integral part in our established and expanding business. We’re looking for a capable and enthusiastic Finance PA/Marketing Administrator to join our Finance team based in Carron House at the Port of Grangemouth

Working closely with our Financial Controller – Scottish Operation you will be responsible for providing a confidential and efficient secretarial and administrative service as well as supporting the Chief Operating Officer with all administration relating to company marketing activity.

Some of your other key duties will include managing the Financial Controller’s diary, preparation of monthly report and budget packs, taking meeting notes, preparing presentations, drafting emails, making travel arrangements and administering the Company’s mobile phone contracts.

You will also be required to provide some administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Operating Officer, Senior Procurement Manager and the wider Finance team.

Candidate Requirements

You must have demonstrated PA/administrative experience with excellent IT, administration, planning and organisational skills. You should also be an effective communicator and have the ability to work on your own initiative whilst managing a busy and varied workload.
