Emmaus Salford is seeking to employ someone with finance and accounting experience for the new position of Finance Officer.

Emmaus Salford is a registered charity supporting formerly homeless people by providing them with a home and an opportunity to progress. The people we support (our companions) live and work together in our community home and social enterprise. Here at Emmaus Salford, we have a small staff team and accommodation for up to 26 companions.

We are looking for someone with a good background and previous experience in finance and SAGE accounting systems. The role will involve general accounting duties such as preparing monthly bank reconciliations, recording revenues, reconciling accounts invoicing, and preparing or adjusting entries and schedules.

Our office is a busy place where no two days are the same, but you will have great people to work alongside. You will be helping Emmaus Salford achieve its goals as a charity and helping companions develop and find their own successes.
