Finance Manager | £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus | Skelmersdale | Large International Services Business | Qualified ACA or ACCA or CIMAAxon Moore has partnered with an exciting business in Skelmersdale that has an internationally recognisable brand as they look to invest in their finance team ahead of further expansion.This will be an excellent role for a first time mover from practice (assistant manager or manager), or a first class industry candidate with management experience to take the reigns in a dynamic middle management role. The position will be mentored by a hands on Group Finance Director who is brilliant to work for, and someone that Axon Moore has had previous success of placing multiple people with over the years - all of whom have gone on to be successes after their input and investment from this GFD. This Finance Manager role will also get regular time with the CFO and exposure to different operational heads. The role certainly has a high degree of exposure and the plan is to progress this person internally.This business is going through a high degree of change. Although the role is predominantly responsible for reporting, statutory work and month end cycles, there will be lots of opportunities to work on ad-hoc projects focused on business change as the business continues to evolve at a fast pace. The Group Finance Director is therefore looking for a progressive dynamic individual who can learn quickly and adapt to change, but also someone wishing to better themselves and further their career by gaining as much experience as possible in their next career move.
