Change Financial Services are partnering with a leading retail bank to recruit a finance manager to their team. In a hands on and expanding area of the business, you will be responsible for the production and lead on month end activities, as well as presenting and discussing movements, with Finance Director and Exec Level stakeholders. Our client is looking for a recently to 5 years PQE accountant with strong commerciality, who can balance this with delivery of reporting and controls activity. Core duties include;

  • Lead in month end accounts delivery with a focus on a core entity within the business
  • Ledger verification and working closely with a range of operational stakeholders to understand movements and form commentary and analysis
  • Lead on value add insight and identifying areas of enhancement in controls
  • Balance sheet oversight and review
  • Presentation of financials to board and exec members with active participation in discussions
  • Lead in various projects and transformation activity as required
