CMA is recruiting for an experienced Accountant, to join a high growth manufacturing business, based in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

Due to the continued global demand of their product, this is a newly created role, working with the Finance and Operations Director, CFO and Board of Directors. This is an integral role within the business as they look to grow from £20m to £80m by the end of 2022. You will play a key part in driving the business forward, business partnering with all departments and providing analysis on various projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the company on their growth journey!

What will the role involve?
  • Preparation of the monthly management accounts, reports and year end
  • Manage the audit process
  • Cash flow forecasting, budget set up and analysis
  • Stock, cost and project spend analysis
  • Invoice processing and credit control activities
Suitable Candidate
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong hands on accounting experience
  • Ability to present at Board level and challenge decisions
  • Inquisitive and pro-active attitude, willing to get stuck in
  • Confident systems and MS Excel user
