Your Tasks

Based at our Head Office in Warwick, working under a hybrid office/home arrangement, reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:

Financial Accounting for Durr Ltd and its subsidiaries
Treasury Management
Taxation
Month, quarter and year end reporting for the financial accounting area
Balance sheet (including leases)
Supporting all of the Business Units within Durr Ltd and its subsidiaries on financial accounting related financial matters
Being the first point of contact for the finance area of the Durr Ltd business.

Your Skills

With previous experience of working within an engineering / project background, you will have already gained a Finance Qualification, preferably CIMA.
Previous supervisory experience of Finance personnel is essential.
IFRS knowledge, a working knowledge of UK and European taxation and exposure to international trade and experience with foreign exchange transactions is required.
You will have a high degree of computer literacy and the ability to use MS office applications.
You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with the customer at all levels and build productive working relationships with all internal/external customers.
You will have the ability to prioritise workloads and to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
You will be self motivated and be able to work unsupervised and with initiative.
You will need to have a flexible approach and be able to work independently and within a team.
