Job Description

Duties of a Finance Change Manager include:
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of a suite of MI and Reporting to provide a consolidated view of change needs and delivery plans
  • Organising and managing regular project meetings and workshops related to finance change initiatives
  • Manage 3rd party suppliers to ensure delivery and value against a statement of works
  • Liaise with senior finance leadership members to gather requirements for new change initiatives
  • Seeking input from SMEs where necessary and collating feedback to deliver to Business Change/IT and planning, conducting and documenting UAT across a range of different projects
  • Effectively implement best practice change and project management tools that ensures the effective delivery of benefits through multiple transformation key initiatives
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption, minimize resistance and are changes are wholly integrated into the business
The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Have a proven track record in either a change management or accounting role
  • Have the ability to influence others in a positive way
  • Be highly organised
  • Have exceptional attention to detail
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively with internal & external contacts including stakeholders
  • Previous exposure to Power BI, MDX, SQL - desirable
