This incredible business is now looking for a Finance Business Partner to help them guide critical commercial decisions on a day-to-day basis with provision of strong financial information and helping high level operational stakeholders make sense of the numbers and the narratives they conceal. The business has a continuous improvement outlook whereupon their finance professionals are empowered to constantly challenge the status quo in order to drive maximum operational efficiency. Key deliverables will Include:

-Evaluate complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions to support business critical decisions relating to the manufacturing and supply chain process.

-Play a leading role in highlighting opportunities for maximising profit through new product initiatives.

-Support the commercial team in pricing, funding, and contract negotiations.

-Play a key role in supporting the financial modelling process to ensure it accurately reflects the complex and variable cost base of the business.

-Support the directors in an interactive way to continually refine the management reporting process for maximum insight.
