CMA is working with a large, PE owned business based in Basingstoke, Hampshire. They are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner, to work with multiple stakeholders within the organisation. This is a highly commercial business partnering role which will influence the strategy and direction of the business.

What will the role involve?
  • Produce insightful reporting that combines operational and financial performance metrics to provide meaningful analysis.
  • Design, implement and maintain a robust process for the identification, definition, tracking and realisation of key projects.
  • Coordinate and prepare the Portfolio and Project management accounts, annual budget and rolling forecast.
  • Work with the wider finance teams to continually improve and develop accounting processes, systems and controls.
Suitable Candidate
  • Be accountancy qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Have significant experience in business partnering across multiple business functions.
  • Have previous management experience.
  • Have high levels of system competence in Excel and ERP systems
  • Be a proactive individual who uses their initiative to challenge and drive improvements.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrable experience building relationships with a breadth of challenging stakeholders.
