CMA Recruitment Group is excited to be working with a leading manufacturing business, who is looking to recruit a qualified Finance Business Partner.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Leadership teams, providing financial reporting, analysis and planning.

The Finance Business Partner will take ownership delivering process improvements across a number of difference projects, designed to deliver greater insight into the company’s performance & profitability.

What will the role involve?
  • Ownership of the financial reporting, budgeting and planning of business performance
  • Lead, develop and motivate a team of Finance Analysts
  • Provide insightful analysis to the Senior leadership teams in order to drive business performance
  • Identify financial risks and gaps to target performance to support decision making
  • Provide monthly reporting to Group functions with clear analysis & explanations
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support and deliver the right strategic initiatives
Suitable Candidate
  • You must be a qualified Accountant – ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
  • Manufacturing industry experience is desirable as you will be partnering with manufacturing operations to support decision-making and challenge site performance.
  • You will possess an analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to manage complex sets of data.
  • You will have experience and the ability to articulate opinions effectively and present this to senior stakeholders
