Duties / Responsibilities

  • Multiple bank reconciliations
  • Maintenance of accounts payable ledger
  • Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Review of intercompany transactions
  • Maintenance of accruals and prepayments
  • Maintenance other relevant working schedules
  • Reconcile loans to schedule
  • Support year end audit activities
  • Regular Ad-hoc reporting & analysis as requested

  • Working as part of an accounts payable function
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work on multiple activities at once

  • Pro-active in approach to process improvements
