The Role


We’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our growing team. This role is key to the efficiency of the finance team, which acts as a central finance hub for companies within the group and family office. You will contribute to the smooth running of the finance function by ensuring that tasks and financial transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner, and include; managing the purchase ledgers, assisting with month end and year end procedures, bank administration, and liaising with stakeholders across the business to resolve queries.


Responsibilities

  • Managing the purchase ledger for a number of group and family office companies, liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure accuracy.
  • Management of supplier invoices for approval and payment.
  • Raising intra-group invoices and liaising with other group finance teams to complete transactions.
  • Supporting the team with bank administrative tasks as required.
  • Supporting the team with month and year end processes as required.
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis and information for the finance team and stakeholders.
  • Undertaking additional tasks required to support the team as and when required.
