What will you be doing?

Working within the Grangemouth Industrial Services depot supporting our clients in both the Industrial Site Services and Waste markets under the Veolia National Services umbrella of sites
  • Raise Purchase Orders, Invoices, Goods Receipt, GRIR, deal with purchasing and invoice queries
  • Process weekly payroll figures
  • Engaging in the month end process of the depot
  • Assist in the management and prompt updating of internal tracking systems
  • Utilise and maintain a wide variety of systems including Google Suite, Workday and Salesforce
  • General office administration duties such as stationery ordering and inventory control, job cost scanning and timesheet review
What are we looking for?
  • National 5 level, including English and Maths at Grade C or above
  • Microsoft Office and Google applications experience
  • Experience of ERP systems (Workday/Sales Force/Maximo) would be an advantage
  • Strong organisation skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and completed with set deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively when working remotely from the managers/functions you are supporting
  • Previous experience working within a busy administrative role would be desirable
