What you need to know about the role
As an IT Field Services Engineer your primary responsibility is installing, maintaining, upgrading, and repairing of telephony services equipment and peripherals, IT products such as PCs, Workstations, Printers, Terminals, Network equipment, Servers.

You will provide expert infrastructure oversight, ensuring successful delivery and performance of IT services for our clients and the fulfilment of our obligations and Service Levels Targets.

Contributing to the roadmap for the development and evolution of the infrastructure that is appropriate for the current needs, as well as scalable for the future needs of the business, you will also work toward design improvements that allow for more efficient support of the environment, applications and clients.

What we need to know about you
To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a proven track record within the IT/ Telecom industry
• Hold a full UK driving license
• Have the ability to travel to different sites across the UK
• Have experience in the IT/ Telecoms industry
• Be able to work as part of a team as well as using own initiate
• Have some electrical competence, or an electrical background, no formal qualifications are required as relevant training will be provided
• Have good communicational skills
