Job ProfileField Service Engineer required. Our client is leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning machinery seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Carlisle, and surrounding areas. The successful Field Service Engineer will have experience within Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical servicing.Field Service Engineer Position Overview
  • Attending customer sites to repair and service cleaning machinery in line with the service agreements
  • Completing PPM schedules of machinery on site
  • Completion of scheduled portable appliance tests
  • Updating service and maintenance jobs using the company database system
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times
  • Ordering of replacement parts for repairs
Field Service Engineer Position Requirements
  • Based in the Carlisle area
  • Experience within Service or Maintenance with a focus on Electrical and Mechanical fault-finding
  • Experience with PAT testing is desirable
  • Experience in the safe use of equipment such as spanners, screwdrivers, powered drills, angle grinders, lifting slangs, trolley jacks, blow torches and heat guns.
  • Experience with industrial cleaning machinery or similar equipment
  • Good IT skills
  • Full UK Driving License
Field Service Engineer Position Remuneration
  • Salary £28,000 - £33,000
  • Full-time, Permanent position. Monday to Friday 06:00 - 16:00. The position will include 3 days of weekend work over 6 weeks, and 3 days off Monday to Friday over 6 weeks.
