As sector leader Nationwide Energy has a reputation for outstanding customer service. We are looking for ambitious Sales Consultants to join our team covering the Leeds and north east of England region selling energy, merchant services, telecoms & EPOS systems to the commercial market.

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing individual who can positively influence both staff and clients. The ideal candidate is a team player with a flexible attitude who can adapt rapidly to changing situations. Field Executives often work in remote locations throughout the country, so it is important to have a flexible work schedule and enjoy independent travel. Successful candidates will have excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills, as well as an affinity for institutional culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel within a region to collect information, negotiate with clients and coordinate other sales staff.
  • Meet with prospective customers to discuss their needs and recommend services.
  • Promote new products and services.
  • Consult with senior staff to review the progress of clients and suggest improvements in sales strategies and customer service.
  • Handle customer complaints.
  • Know the product and company policies in order to respond appropriately to customer needs.

You don’t necessarily need experience of the energy, merchant services, EPOS or licenced trade sectors as our comprehensive training and ongoing support will equip you with all the necessary skills. We need a strong work ethic and the flexibility to meet our customers needs, sometimes at extremely short notice.

We want someone who is passionate about sales and consistently exceeds target. Experience of and the skills to be successful in the B2B sector are crucial. You’ll be a great communicator with the ability to develop relationships.

Remuneration

Basic salary of £32,000 with OTE of £50,000 + as our commission is uncapped. You will also have a choice of either a company car or mileage.
