Role: Field Care Supervisor

Location: Rotherham

Pay Rate: £11.62ph (£22,659 pa - based on 37.5 hours per week)

As a Field Support Supervisor, you will oversee a team of support workers to deliver the highest level of care and promote best practice at our supported living schemes in the Rotherham area.

You will be involved in creating and maintaining person centred support plans, care reviews, medication and finance audits, supervisions, appraisals, rotering and on call duties in addition to other responsibilities.

You will be a role model and lead the team to deliver support with all aspects of everyday life including personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, medication, attending health appointments and taking part in hobbies & activities that are meaningful to the people we support.

The Field Support Supervisor role is a 37.5hr contract where you will spend most of your working hours in the supported living schemes and some hours spent in the office for administration duties. This role is predominantly 9am-5pm although you will be expected to work some early mornings, evenings and weekends for staff supervision and hands on care delivery where required.

You will have previous experience of leading a team and it is essential that you have supported individuals with learning disabilities and associated needs. As this role involves multi site working it is essential you are a car driver with access to your own vehicle.
