We are currently looking for a number of Female Support Workers to join our team.

The Role

As a female Support Worker, you will help to provide care to our client, a man in his early forties with a brain injury and complex physical disabilities living in his own home in Saltash.

You will work as part of a team to deliver 24 hour 2:1 support (with 1:1 support overnight).

Shifts are comprised of 24 hour (8am - 8am with 8 hours at National Living Wage as sleeping) shifts or 10 hour (8am - 6pm) shifts.

These roles are available on a permanent and temporary basis, with bank hours available, to cover a mixture of day, evening and sleeping night shifts over a 28-day period on a rolling rota basis.

About You

To join us as a female Support Worker, you will need:
  • A flexible and mature outlook
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • A full, manual driving licence (as you’ll be required to drive our client’s mobility vehicle)
