An exciting opportunity has become available to work within our growing Venture Onward Service . We have full-time or part-time roles available for female Mental Health Support Workers.

We provide bespoke, community-based support packages to individuals with a complex need, including a mental health diagnosis and autism spectrum disorder. Our clients may have spent an extended period on hospital or other setting.

We work with a person-centred approach; empowering individuals to become as independent as possible within their own home.

Your role will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.

You will be supporting one individual to integrate back into home following a period of being an in-patient. This Mental Health Support Worker role will include evenings and weekend working on a rolling rotation.

This Mental Health Support Worker role would suit candidates with experience as a Recovery Worker or Support Worker or an enthusiasm for developing their skills in mental health, neurodiversity, and outreach support.

Desired Skills
