Farm worker

The company - Large fruit Farm based in Elmbridge, Worcester
working hours - this will change depending on the season. Peak hours will be during the summer months when fruit is ripe and ready for picking. generally between 5 and 8 hours work per day
Pay - £12.02ph
duration - temp to perm for the right candidate
The role - general farm maintenance and labouring
Person spec - you will ideally have a background in farming, maintenance of a fruit farm to include irrigation work. some training will be given but an understanding and basic knowledge of the processes will be essential. use of hand tools, use of farm vehicles. this is a very hands on role working outside in all seasons
desirable but not essential - agricultural qualifications
career progression - this role can progress to farm manager
