Newton Farm Shop are looking for an enthusiastic supervisor to join us on a full time basis, working in our award winning farm shop.

We are a family run business with many local products and meat that comes directly from our farm. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a family environment with the opportunity to learn more about local businesses and farming.

As a supervisor in our farm shop you will have a passion for food and have a ’customer first’ mentality, you will have a smart appearance and a friendly manner.

Successful candidate will need to be available for weekend working.

Duties will include:

Greeting customers

Assisting with any queries

Supervise day to day running of shop in absense of assistant manager

Coordinate restocking of products

Maintain high levels of cleanliness within the shop

Handling card/cash transactions

Supervise day to day running of shop in absense of assistant manager

Assist with ordering of products for the shop

Candidates need to aware that the job requires some manual handling and long periods of time on your feet.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
