We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Farm Shop team.

This position is a very hands on role and the successful candidate will be a friendly, welcoming and honest person, who understands the importance of making our customers happy. Someone with a smiling face, positive attitude, a willing approach, commitment second to none and the ability to juggle several things at once.

This is a physically demanding role, on the go and on your feet all day, with lifting (25Kg sacks of potatoes) required. The role involves serving customers, replenishing stock, cleaning, ordering, working on the deli and in our café to help at busy times or to cover staff holiday and managing staff within the farm shop, deli, butchery, café and kitchens. This is a very varied role and a love of local, British, quality food and a passion for our business and what we stand for is all we ask! Food retail experience is not essential as training will be given for the right candidate.

Salary dependent on experience and skill set.
