We are looking for an Administrator to join our small friendly team helping with admin for our Farm, Farm Shop and Cafe. The role involves taking responsibility for many back office roles, as well as aiding the shop management in their duties.

The role offers varied work:

  • Daily ordering
  • Stock management
  • Invoice processing
  • Supplier liaison
  • Social Media / Newsletters and responding to online customer queries
  • Supporting the Partners and Manager with general admin duties
  • Ensuring procedural and required documentation is maintained

We anticipate 20 - 35 hrs / week for this role. Retail work could be added to ensure full time hours for the right candidate

Retail or Café admin experience is useful, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential!

Whilst the role is not customer facing the successful candidate would be expected to spend some time in the retail environment to understand the role they will be supporting, and to be able to cover for the managers in their absence.

Due to the seasonal nature of the business the role changes through the seasons, and we are happy to work with candidates to find a work solution that plays to their strengths and availability.

Pay dependent on age and experience. We are happy to accept candidates looking for both full and part time work, with some flexibility on hours to suit other commitments. The role can be adjusted to suit candidates strengths.

Our preferred shift pattern is Sunday to Wednesday
