Job Description

An exciting legal opportunity for a Family Solicitor or Family Chartered Legal Executive join a busy Family department that manages private and publicly funded Family work. Our client has many areas of expertise including Family Law and Conveyancing. They work on a wide range of private and publicly funded matters from their four North East offices and have accumulated a number of accreditations over the years of establishment. With offices in Newcastle upon Tyne, Country Durham and Hartlepool our client is interested in hearing from all qualified family fee earners with upwards of two years fee earning experience.

If you are a qualified Family Solicitor or Family Chartered Legal Executive with a background in divorce, financial matters and advocacy and upwards of 2 years PQE, then keep reading to find out more.

Our client is looking for someone who will essentially hit the ground running; you will be a solid team player whilst also managing your own caseload with little supervision. Previous experience in Family Law is essential and there is a minimum requirement of two years hands on family fee earning experience. Day to day, you can expect be running your own caseload of private and publicly funded matters in this successful department of four family fee earners. This is a supportive department and so someone that can gel with ease into the existing department is ideal.
