What will you do?You will advise clients on a range of financial issues following their separation. This will include advising on the divorce process, matrimonial and non-matrimonial property, maintenance claims and pension division.
  • You will advising on mid-high-net-worth family finance cases (often involving businesses, complex property structures and international matters)
  • Advise on pre and post-nuptial agreements and the effect of those agreements in the context of a divorce
  • Supervise multiple legal advisors (legal executives, solicitors, trainees and paralegals)
  • Assist the head of the Family team in managing the team’s workload, financial performance and personal development of the team
What do you need?
  • This vacancy will suit a senior family solicitor or legal executive with at least 8 years’ PQE
  • You will already have excellent family law experience
  • Local candidates in Cornwall and those looking to relocate will all be considered
