Family Law Solicitor, Solicitor, Legal Executive, Family Law, Litigation, Children Law, Public Law, Private Law, Divorce, Ancillary Relief, Permanent, Hartlepool Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive An experienced, Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive is required by a highly regarded and established firm of solicitors to be based at their Hartlepool office and become the Head of the firm’s Family Department and Legal Aid Supervisor. The firm deals with private and publicly funded work and has offices in Durham, Hartlepool, Peterlee and Wingate. The successful candidate must be a member of the Law Society’s Family Law or Children Law Accreditation Scheme or a Resolution Accredited Specialist to meet the Legal Aid Agency’s supervisor requirements.The Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive must have experience of dealing with a varied Family Law caseload including-Divorce Ancillary relief Pre-nuptial agreements Co-habitation agreements Civil partnership dissolutions. Knowledge of care proceedings work and advocacy would be adventageous Experience using a case management system is also desirable. Person Requirements: Member of the Law Society’s Family Law or Children Law Accreditation Scheme or a Resolution Accredited Specialist. Ability to run own caseload from start to finish with sound knowledge and a proven track record. Willing to actively market and seek out new instructions to expand and develop the existing department. Knowledge and use of IT systems including MS Word and Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills together with an organised and methodical approach to working with excellent attention to detail. A polite, cheerful attitude, particularly when meeting clients. A committed and self-motivated individual who can work as part of a friendly team. Vacancy Information:
