Job description

Friendly solicitors firm are looking for an engaging solicitor/legal executive to join their family law team at their office in beautiful North Yorkshire.

This is a full time, permanent role and can offer a degree of remote working. The firm are ideally looking for candidates with around 1 year PQE and above and the confidence to take over and run an existing caseload covering all types of family law matters including; matrimonial matters, private and publicly funded child care law and domestic violence.

Candidates should have experience of doing their own advocacy in the Family Court. Any legal aid experience would be advantageous. Firm use a case management system so previous experience in using a CMS would be a bonus.
