This is a part-time, permanent position (18hrs per week – Monday & Tuesday 8.30am until 5pm and Wednesday 8.30am until 12noon).

We are currently recruiting for a part-time Faculty Administration Lead to join a friendly, hardworking team. This post will involve providing a range of administrative services to the Faculty Administration Office in particular the use of relevant online administrative systems that support the student journey – e.g. mark entry in the SRS system, Turnitin and uploading blackboard assessment materials.

The role requires applicants who are self-motivated and well-organised, with previous experience of working within a busy office environment. You will have experience of taking minutes and will be an excellent team player with the proven ability to work well under pressure. You will be able to operate using your own initiative and professional judgement, and will possess the skill to multitask and complete tasks promptly and accurately.

The ability to establish and develop strong customer-focused working relationships with a range of colleagues, students and external clients to the University will be essential, as will excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Other requirements include excellent attention to detail, a solution focused approach to all tasks and experience of using Microsoft Office applications, ideally within an office environment.
