  • Reports into the GM
  • Managing a team of c. 40 staff
  • Fresh chilled meals for hospitals / food service
  • Part of the Compass group
  • Small to medium operation
  • Well invested site
  • BRC AA standard
  • Role includes the management of Incoming goods and stock management, high care meal assembly, low care pick and pack and final despatch
  • X2 Area Managers report into the role
  • Full autonomy for the sites operation

Ideal Candidate
  • Solid man management ability and experience
  • Strong/competent in H&S, KPI’s, CI, labour and material management
  • Good communicator and organiser
  • Self-starter, able to set own targets and take ownership and responsibility
  • Ideally fresh chilled experience
