We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Business Service Support team in the Facilities division. The role-holder will be responsible for supporting the administration, maintenance and development of the IT systems used throughout the division.

You should have experience of working with IT systems, ideally including Integrated Workplace Management Systems, Content Management Systems and advanced experience of MS Office (in particular Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).

You will be highly organised, with an eye for detail and a methodical and logical mind. You will have experience of working cohesively across a number of teams, managing your own workload, priorities and competing deadlines.

The Business Services Support team support the wider Facilities division, comprising of Commercial Services, Estates Development, Estates Operations, Service Delivery and Sport Lancaster.
