Here at Babcock International we are looking to recruit a Facilities Manager to manage the facilities activities onsite at Donnington, and providing remote support to Tewkesbury.
This role is the local facilities contact that manages in-house delivered activity and contractor delivered activities for the designated sites.
Duties will also include:
Duties will also include:
- Line management responsibilities for a team of 6 direct reports
- Managing all external contractors to ensure work is delivered in line with contractual standards
- To manage tasking of local general hands with required routine work-to tasks through system
- Managing work order request life cycle from receipt to closure (review, quotations, works conducted, sign off of works, work order closed)
- Assist in managing FM budget allocation and budget setting, as well as FM service reviews (local to sites and FM function wide as required)
- Responsible person for statutory controls including legionella and asbestos
This is an excellent opportunity to grow and develop with the role whilst supporting the British Army.
What do I need to do the role?
You will previous Facilities Management experience.
You will also be Asbestos & Legionella responsible person trained.

There will be a requirement to travel once every fortnight to Tewkesbury.
